Throughout my years of ministry, discipleship has been my passion as a mentor/coach.

My Mission:

To increase Christ-likeness within Christ’s community. To multiply leaders of change for healthy reproducing churches. Life verses that have directed my life and ministry are in Philippians 3:10-11. My life has been directed throughout the years by many godly mentors. I have been married to Laurel for 52 years and have three children and ten grandchildren. Together, we have a great heritage. My parents were disciple-makers, and Laurel’s mother was born in Nagaland, India, where her grandparents were pioneer missionaries.

I coached basketball at three universities and three high schools. I helped plant a number of churches, pastoring one of these church plants for 15 years, which sent out over 30 people to local and foreign missions around the world. It has been my joy to train, mentor, and coach hundreds of disciple-making leaders and church planters over 50 years.

Currently:

I am on the national team for the CRU Co-op (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ), reaching and making disciples in rural America. I coach spiritual leaders across the country who are disciple-makers and missionaries. I am functioning as a ministry coach for Matthew 10 International, and I have a ministry of intercession for Christians and unsaved people in the USA and around the world.
